Solve the problem
Start with the actual friction, not the nearest market category.

JuxtaPrism creates and actively improves accessible solutions for neurodivergent people and the people around them. Our current focus is digital.
Built close to the problem
I’m JP Neveu, a consultant and systems architect. I started by making tools that worked with the way my mind works, then began noticing similar gaps affecting people close to me.
Lived experience tells me where the friction is. Systems thinking helps me turn it into something useful.
Juxta starts with JP and juxtaposition. I rarely see a problem from the default position.
Prism reflects a pattern that keeps appearing in the work: different people, looking at the same underlying reality from different angles, each needing a system that makes sense from where they stand.
One current product. No invented portfolio.
A shared UK SEND record
Helping families and settings work from the same information—without expecting one person to hold the whole fragmented process together.
Not corporate values. More like the rules we notice ourselves returning to.
Start with the actual friction, not the nearest market category.
Think about affordability, openness, sensory load and cognitive load.
Maintain what we release, show the changes and listen to the people using it.
Never sell user data. Avoid lock-in. Make it practical to take information away.
Some things should be free, open or adaptable. Commercial is not the only kind of useful.
Stay attached to the problem—not the first version of the solution.
